Houston, TX–Panattoni Development Company, Inc. has started construction on a build-to-suit facility for Igloo Products Corporation in West Ten Business Park, Katy, Texas, a suburb of Houston.
The 420,000 square foot building will be used as a distribution center for Igloo’s line of outdoor cooling products. It can be expanded to 535,000 square feet, and features a 32’ clear ceiling height.
This will be Igloo’s third distribution building, and is located just 2 miles from Igloo’s headquarters.
The tenant was represented in the transaction by Bob Hutson of Symmedian Technologies, and John Nicholson of Transwestern.
The General Contractor is Evans General Contractors and the architect is Randall-Paulson Architects, Inc.
