St. Louis, MO–Panattoni Development Company, Inc. recently negotiated a 95,000 square foot lease with Executive Express, the parcel delivery company. The building is located at 5485 Brown Avenue in St. Louis.
The 148,000 square foot facility features 35 dock doors and 25 trailer spots. The lease is a reflection of the firm’s expansion to a modern distribution facility. Executive Express will be utilizing the space for general warehouse and logistics purposes.
